We provide 2 large coolers with ice and bottled water. You are welcome to bring your own, food or drinks as much as you want. Please remember that anyone drinking alcohol must be 21 of years of age or older.
Yes. We have type I PFD’s available for each passenger, alone with all other us cost guards required safety equipment. Please note that all children below the age of 12 are required to wear lifejackets at all times while on board. If you have your own PFD’s for your children, you are encouraged to bring them for their comfort.
Currently charters are available for up to 6 passengers. “As per US Coast Guard regulations, charters are limited to a maximum of six passengers. No exceptions. Please note that allowing or bringing anyone not with your charter group on board will result in the charter being canceled, with no refund given.”

We are a truly custom experience! While we offer a variety of packages that include touring some of the largest and beautiful homes, yachts, wildlife and night life in the state, there is no “dead set” schedule. You say when, where and for how long. Then, just “TAK-IT-EZ”!
By all means it can! As long as there are no charters booked following yours, we can extend your experience at an additional rate of $100/hr. And many people do!
Absolutely! We welcome, children, pet’s , everyone! Agin, all children below the age of 12 are required to wear lifejackets at all times while on board.
All of our captains are licensed and trained by the US Coast Guard and have been chosen based on their boating experience and local knowledge.
Cancellations with AT LEAST 36 HOURS NOTICE will be offered a FULL refund. Cancellations with LESS THAN 36 HOURS NOTICE are only offered an opportunity to reschedule (only 1 reschedule allowed). We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or ‘behavioral’ issues. If your Tour is canceled, you will be given a FULL refund OR a RAIN CHECK to re-book at another time (this EXCLUDES behavioral, along with alcohol-related cancellations – these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded). For weather-related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day, or refund if unable to reschedule. “No Shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled.
We do operate in the rain, as the Tiki Boat has a large roof. However, the Captain can decide at any time to cancel due to conditions (typically high winds or thunderstorms). We operate Under U.S. Coast Guard rules. The USCG does not advise going out if wind speeds exceed 20 knots. If you are unable to reschedule and still want to go on one of our cruises, the Captain may under certain conditions, Take Your Group out to cruise in calmer, and protected waters.
Our Captains do work for tips, so gratuity is greatly appreciated – we suggest a 20% gratuity. They are very experienced, knowledgeable and highly trained to ensure your safety and to provide an amazing Tiki experience!
